Once you choose an apartment, we will send you a booking form that you'll have to fax back signed and with a bank, postal, or Wester Union wire receipt for the down payment; please be aware that the apartment is secured only when we receive the payment, we'll put it on hold for two business days after sending the booking form, if the confirmation fax is not received within that period, we are not responsible if availability changes.
Prices could vary depending on the season, and could be raised up to 15-20% during Christmas and Easter festivities.
The down payment is always non refundable and is between 30 to 50% (100% for high season periods, like Christmas or Easter) of the total amount , depending on the apartment and the period requested. The balance has to be paid 15 days before arrival day or upon arrival by cash, together with a security deposit that is returned to you at the end of the rental if there were no damages in the apartment.
RESERVATION VALIDITY :
please note that the reservation will be definitely valid only once the receipt for the money transaction and the booking form is faxed within 2 business days.
Please note that if, for any reason, you have to cancel your reservation, the down payment is not refundable.

The rate doesn't include electricity consumption (paid only your consumption, 0,40 Euro each Kwatt).

CHECK-IN:
an appointment has to be made prior to arrival.
Out of hours arrivals and departures : if arriving or leaving outside of our normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and on all national festivities, please be aware that there is an extra charge or € 20,00 each time.
CHECK-OUT:
NO LATER than 10.00 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
We can also provide the following service : transfer from or to the apartment with private driver.
