Apartments in Rome: Campo de' Fiori
Its name is due to the fact that at the end of the fifteenth century its area appeared like a big lawn rich with flowers , until pope Eugenio IV paved it and transformed it into one of the liveliest places in Rome; it was under Pope Sixtus IV that got more or less the look that still has at present days. Today it still is one of the main Piazze in Rome, with a lively food market in the mornings and a night spot full of bars and restaurants at night. From here, you can reach walking Piazza Navona and the Pantheon as well as Trastevere with is just on the other side of the river.
