This comfortable apartment has been just completely restored, and is located only 100 mt far away S.Maria in Trastevere, in the heart of Trastevere (50 m shops, 50 m restaurant, 100 m bus stop, 100 m supermarket).

It’s composed by two double bedrooms, a living room with a large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.

It is provided by an internet access, air conditioning in bedrooms, independent heating, TV, satellite, washing machine, bed and table linen, towels.

Ideal for 4 people it can comfortably accommodate 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior. The narrow paved streets and allays are plenty of cinemas, cafés and restaurants with tables scattered in the pavement, mostly at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and in Viale Trastevere.

NOTE: in the same palace, side by side, is located the apartment "RM-134" (sleeps 4+1). Therefore, we can offer both the properties to groups up to 10-11 people too.

Minimum stay is 3 nights in Low and High season.

Minimum stay is 6 nights in very High season time.

 

 

Specials: on daily stay, 5th and/or 6th people (sleeping on large sofà bed in living room) will stay with only Euro 20,00 daily or Euro 100,00 weekly!
