Located on the upper hill of Trastevere, in a residential area. The apartment was the personal workplace of the famous Dutch painter M.C. Escher (paintings exhibited in the National Gallery of Toronto). His typical work is apparent throughout the stained glass windows in the living room and hand designed tiles on the kitchen counter. The apartment has a large living room with a spacious well equipped kitchenette and a beautiful wooden loft with one large single bed and a fireplace. One bedroom with double bed, one bath with shower. In the living room there are two comfortable single sofa beds. Beautiful view overlooking the city hillside. Just outside the entrance of the private apartment is a breathtaking terrace with views of the city.
